shure is the maker of the arrays we use in the ceiling. I'm not sure on the array model number but here is a link to what they look like: https://www.shure.com/en-US/products/microphones/mxa910 They have worked great. we did a integration with a bunch of 3rd party stuff AMX / Shure / biamp / etc. It works, would have loved to still use the touch 10's but good setup and Workstation support manages all except the kits / kit pluses that we take care of.
