No, unfortunately RTR requires Java in all versions to date, including 12.5.

The UCCX API (mentioned by Bill Talley -
https://youruccx/adminapi/agentstats) can be viewed in your browser with no
plugins at all.  Though the data points are much less than what RTR can
provide, it does give you the live logged in resources metric you're
looking for.
