Exactly. It's all the same infrastructure just duplicate the SLRG hierarchy for your two device pools. DP for Site A and DP for Site B and the membership to the DP is controlled by the DMI/DMG.

When the users dial outbound we are sending a standard CLI, which is set via a calling party transform mask.
