Hi Victor!

Since others have adequately answered questions 2 & 3 I've only an answer to
your question #1.

If a question should show up on the CCNA test regarding subnets as defined
with ip subnet zero I think that the question will be clear enough to
understand what Cisco is asking of you.  In other words, if you understand
what ip subnet-zero does when it's in use as opposed to what happens when
it's not in use, don't sweat it.
