It's the IOS. You need the feature pack that supports IPX. Without a CCO
login and a maintenance contract on the 2514 I suppose you would have to
purchase one through a reseller. I recently picked one up for the 2600. If
I recall correctly it cost between $300 and $400 for that feature pack.
