Two things... do the users have WINS configured in their DUN and have you
tried pinging the Exchange servers by IP and name from a dialup connection?

Hello,

I have users dial up to an AS5300 then to company
backbone. For some reason, users got timeout when they
tried to connect exchange server(using Outlook). Other
network program works fine. Users on LAN do not have
any problems. Any thoughts?
