Magnus,
for Local Director.  the only SNMP commands that are listed for
management are

snmp-server contact
snmp-server location
snmp-server host
snamp enable traps.

the snmp community string default to public and can't be changed.

and a new version of MIBs must be installed for version 3.1

I have a list of the MIBs if you want them
