First... relax.
If you know the material, it shouldnt be a problem.
However....   For my cram before CCNA, I wrote out the OSI model. I ensured
I knew what protocol fit into each layer.  Not just the routeing
protocols... but things link where .jpg files and SQL fits.

I also wrote out the "five steps of data encapsulation"

Know how to configure frame relay, and the show commands to verify its
operation.

Draw out ISDN function groups and reference points and know the protocols
(E, I  & Q,  NT1, TA, etc,   and where RST&U are)


You should know it already... but these are areas that I had some problems
with.
