Trying to get a 1924 to boot...

Hi all- I got that 1924 today & I power it up (in hyper term) & get this...   ATQ0H0    Any ideas ???  The router (I mean switch) appears to go through some sort of POST (all the port lights come on for about 30 seconds & then go off).   Did I get a bum deal ???   Thanks !!! Phil
