Yes you can!!! I am going to assume that each AS is a different ISP??? So the only thing keeping you from doing this would be ISP guidelines, some ISP's might not want you to advertise like this. You will have to disable automatic route summarization.... no auto-summary Pros and Cons.... All the Pros are for you!! You get to have a network broken up and better use of IP addresses.... The Cons fall on the ISP's and the Internet, they lose the abillity to summarize routes so there is now one more route on the internet backbone.
