I have been approached also but there is one problem. We are a Sliver Partner as well. Cisco has a clause of ethics that says it will not hire any SE away from a partner. The big reason being that it would look like Cisco was saying, " You guys train him and then when he proves him/herself we will hire him away and leave you with nothing". The goal is to leave good SEs at the partners so that Cisco is represented well in the feild.
