Close as you're gonna get is Cisco Config Maker. Covers routers up to the
4700 series. A bit limited, but one change the symbols and rename them as
something else.
Go to CCO www.cisco.com and search on config maker.
The download file is 9 megs, which will take forever on a typical dial
connection.
