To coin a phrase, what is the problem you are trying to solve? What
does the ISP do now? I don't usually think of an ISP as a frame relay
provider, although they can be.
I'm not sure if you need a VPN over the general internet (sounds
unlikely if you want to get rid of the ISP), if you have your own WAN
transmission links, or what.
