If you like to pay lots of $$$ for no good reason, then definitely go with
the 2600 series. :)
If you'd like to get more bang for your buck and not spend a lot of $$$ on
modules, then go with the 25xx series for the majority of your routers. You
might want a couple of 26xx's to do VoIP and ISL trunking. A cat5k switch
couldn't hurt, either. Here's what I've got for sale if you are interested:
