I just passed support 2 this morning my last exam in the track, the exam was not easy,but fair, very tricky questions, few confusing questions, and need very in-depth study. I used the CIT 4.0 course book as my main study material , the Exam Cram book, boson #2, Priscilla Oppenheimer's flash cards, used the sybex book for some clarifications on some topics which are explained clearer than the Cisco book, but Cisco book provide much more in details in general.
