here is a question to you then.
even if ipx routing is not set the router will still bother the cpu scheduler trying 
to find the path for the ipx packet it has received?
because that is when the cpu utilization goes up.
plus when i had the ipx routing on i did a debug ipx packet.
and i only collected 3 printers generating ipx packet.
i thought about what you said as well previous to posting the question but i thought 
it did not make sense at all.
