I would have one of the 2500's as the core router connected to both of the 
others through it's serial ports. I say this because you can't have more than 
one wan link with the 1600 series, so it has to be one of the outers. Have a 
desktop connected to a hub that is connected to the 2 outer routers ethernet 
ports. This way you are putting the 1600 to use and you've also simulated a 2 
part wan link. This is the setup me and a friend have and we can do almost 
all of the labs in the CCIE all in one study guide. If the way I write it is 
confusing I'll try to draw a picture of it. I don't know if my e-mail client 
will send it the way I draw it though ;) Good luck...
