OK....let me first apologize for not being clear.
the frame-relay config is for the router that will be designated to be the
frame-relay cloud(TELCO).
if you want to do a point to point (NOT FRAMERELAY),all you need to do is
set clock on the interface to be (DCE).
in order for you to see which of the interfaces is the DCE after you connect
the serail cable in the interfaces of both routers, is by doing the "show
controllers" command. you will see which one of the serial ports have the
DCE CABLE.
