Its in-bound traffic - typo error since u & i are next to each other on the 
keyboard

I am far from sure, but my guess is that unbound means host-not-specified.
That would make sense since your IP address is a class C and the wildcards
allows all hosts on a class C.

Again, I am not sure but that would make sense.

Just one quick question, while doing the test questions in Advanced Cisco
Router Configuration I stumbled over a question which included 'unbound'
traffic... what's the exact meaning of that?

Context:
Consider the following access list:
access-list 12 permit 192.89.55.0 0.0.0.255

line vty 0 4
access-class 12 in

- ...
True or False: This access list controls unbound traffic.
