I just finished taking today, 4 hours after CID w/ lunch thrown in there.
CCDA had a 120 minute time limit. I finished with 35 to spare. I had about the
same scenarios, but had about 2 1/2 times the amount of questions all within the
first 1/3 of exam. I got pissed about see another one popup on screen.
To Study CID:
CID reviewed, highlighted and made notes (wrote down what I highlighted) for
about 16 hours of total studying.

After above studying, reviewed the above material for 3 hours. I thought the
book review was overkill after CID knowledge, but I highlighted every chapter
with only 1 case study out of 5. This exam should only be attempted after CCDA
w/ switching and Internetworking Technologies Handbook is absorbed.
CID and CCDA compliment each other very well. CID has the design and depth of
protocols for Desktop, IP, WAN, WAN, SNA, SNA, while CCDA has fundamentals of
Routed & Routing Protocols, Network Management, Network Management. Also the
Design and Prototype of Network Structure. Also the Design and Prototype of
Network Structure. and Case Studies.
