Yes there are they are called refurbished routers. The only way you can
practice for the ccnp stuff is to go and by refurbed or used routers.
You can pick up a 2501 for about 900$ and a 2502 for about 600$.
Check out www.grandstore.com or network hardware resale. I by all my
stuff from there.
