service nagle

I've implemented service nagle on our routers (most only have a saturated 56K connection) and the performance seems a little better.  My question has to do with the fact that Cisco states do not use this with X-Remote and X-Windows.  We aren't running any *nix stuff so I'm OK but I was wondering if any one knew what the issues are?  What kinda symptons would appear?   Thanx   Kevin L.
