Sounds to me like you spoke to the business office, rather than the ISDN
engineering group, 'cause this sounds like crap to me. When I used to work
for PacBell Network Integration, we would occasionally swap out 3Com
ImpactIQs with Cisco 766 routers, etc., and there were never any calls to
PacBell involved. I suggest skipping the call.

PacBell wants to charge $30 everytime I change my home ISDN equipment.
They said they have to reprogram their side to reflect the new equipment.
I am setting up my home lab with 3COM Impact, Pipeline75 and Cisco routers. 
That is gonna cost me arm and leg!

Do I have to let them know?
