EtherPeek has a great user interface and is much less expensive than 
Network General's Sniffer. Network General is now Network Associates, by 
the way.

One negative regarding EtherPeek is that its EIGRP decode is useless. It 
doesn't show you what is really happening. EtherPeek is fine for OSPF and 
RIP, by the way. I haven't tried it on BGP.
