Evan,
As long as you do not have a lot of traffic, try
debugging the dialer packets. This will show what is
'interesting' and triggering the dialer. You probably
have some sort of broadcast triggering it, but you'll
find out. Do not execute this command on anything that
has more than a few packets per second crossing the
router (ie - do it during non peak times), especially
on a production box.
debug dialer packets (if I remember correctly)
You can also do a 'show dialer' and find out the
reason it dialed. Hope this helps.
