This is Very Simple. Install Linux in one machine. 

Assing IP address for each machine and gateway as linux machine.

Configure kppp for  dialup.  Do the following

1. Edit the file /etc/sysconfig/network and add a line like this
      FORWARD_IPV4=yes   
  
2.Edit the /etc/rc.d/rc.local file and add the following line

   /sbin/ipfwadm -F -a m -S 192.168.0.0/24 -D 0.0.0.0/0

3. Reboot the machine  dial and start using.
