It is Possible if ur both links are connected to a same router (ie Say
s0/0 ,s0/1 of the ISP Router).
Ask ur ISP to connect ur Links to Same router. and we can do Load Balancing.
It is very much possible.
In one case we have two Links to the ISP Connected to the same router.
In that All the incoming traffics are routed in one Line, all the outgoing
traffics are routed in another line.
