i did cvoice 2.0 beta on 21st/july, it's very tough.. half of the question is
cisco specific & half of about QoS
and VoIP (e.g. H323 stuffs) the fundamental concept does not seem to be a
lot. i focused on cvoice 1.0
studyguide.. but not enough ,, some terms ( Shinny .. & WRED ) not turned up
in cvoice 1.0..
