Is there any trick to getting Redirected DNIS through an AS5300. Here is the situation. A call goes to a phone, the phone is busy, and gets redirected to the AS5300 to be forwarded on to the voicemail system. Using Debug we can see the ANI (the orginal caller), the DNIS (my number - the 5300), but the RDNS (the number of the phone that forwarded the call) does not show. I did not think that anything special needed to be configured on the AS5300, but I assume that everything should be set over the PRI line to the AS5300. Does anyone have any knowledge in this area?
