Hi,
Just passed my CID today and now finally obtain my CCDP.
Some tips to share with all of you who preparing for CID exam.
I use Cisco Press CID book & Boson test #1 & #2 ( #1 is close to exam
question not #2 ) Highly concentrate on tcpip network design, desktop
protocol design & wan design its cover 75% of exam. totals of 100 questions,
can return to previous answered question passing score 65.
What is missing in Cisco press CID book is Stratacom IGX/BPX/iPX and
stratsphere. This topics is covered in Cisco official training manual only.
Info in Cisco online on the BPX... does not help much too technical spec.
Well i feel it is much more easy than DCN to answer the questions cos no
case study. But i had higher scored for DCN ! 90 over marks( i thought i am
going to fail before i press submit button) . For CID I am really confident
with my scored, but i had only 72% passed. All because of SNA i scored 0 out
of 7. I knew i am very bad in SNA but any how i confident i can scored 2-3
question but i had zero, no ideal why ? few SNA question is closed to Boson
test #1 , may be Boson given me wrong answer perhap :))

Any how I am happy with it, I want to take long break later go for CCIE
written.
How many questions in ccie writen & how many exam to take ? except the lab.
