Start preparing by gathering up some routers (4 to 6 routers would be ideal), preferably an IOS L-3 switch, and a bunch of serial and LAN cables. Start reviewing from the ground up, ie. perfect your FR skills before tackling OSPF. Then get yourself a copy (if you haven't got them already) of Jeff Doyle's Routing TCP/IP Vol. 1 and 2 books. Also, Internet Routing Architectures by Sam Halabi. It's a very good BGP book. Good luck on your preparation.
