The best thing you can do now is to RMA the sup/msfc module. 
When we first did these upgrades on the campus, a couple of ours
Went bad, and the RMA option was the only way to get it fixed.

I have followed the infor frm TAC, and managed to replace the catOS with
IOS.  Sadly, on the step 18 which is format sup-bootflash and until the
last step, reload. Well after reload...... it still go back to romon 1>
:( on the dir bootflash: ---> no file was found.  I try to boot via boot
disk0:xxxxxx, it can read from disk0.  when i do dir disk0/slot0.  Error
come out. So I end up with one dead sup eng.  The best part is before I
did the upgrade, I have configured the catOS to worked.  Any idea how to
solved this problem.
