This is very easy to set up. Create a scope of addresses that you want to
asign to DHCP clients at your remote site.
Set up IP helper-address at the remote site pointing to your DHCP server.
When the first hop router hears the DHCP broadcast from a client
workstation, it will forward it to the DHCP server with a source address OF
THE INTERFACE THAT THE BROADCAST WAS HEARD ON. When the DHCP server gets
the request, it looks at the source address and tries to find a address pool
that matches, it will then select an address from that pool and offer it to
the remote workstation.
This is part of the DHCP RFC and is handled transparently and requires no
configuration other than the IP helper-address and a proper scope on the NT
Server.
