Yep that seems to be the case, my tests were taken on a tue and a Fri and were differnet tests, so I am wondering if the three day limit is person based not test based for I could not schedule my dp recert for the next day. I thought maybe the testing location was booked so I guess they count the day of the last test taken. What I meant in my last post is that if you fail well before the date of expiration you are not de-certified or anything, you can re-take the exam over and over again, every three days, until you pass before your expiration date. I did not even know about the three day limit.
