In eigrp you have to be careful of the following:

In F/R --> split-horizon is disabled on the physical interface, you may need
to enable this on the spokes..
In F/R --> split-horizon is enabled on the subinterfaces (point-to-point or
multipoint) you may need to disable this on the HUB.

also there is a nice example (for eigrp-NBMA)  in the book of Henry Benjamin
(CCIE Security..)
if you can not use broadcast you can be using a tunnel :)
