Colin, Can't remember if you got a reply. The classic case they are talking about is the Loopback address. Unless you have "ip ospf network point-to-multipoint" Loopback address are advertised as /32 routes. This might be tough to set up adjacencies with (since the neighbor won't be on the same segment)
