I have installed a wic2t on a 1720 router. The s0 interface on the wic2t works fine. The s1 interface does not work(shows serial int up, line protocol down). It seems to be a problem on the router as I have replaced the wic2t card with a new card and I have the same problem. The line is fine. I have tested this by installing a completely different router (interface up, line protocol up).
Any ideas to what is causing this?
