It stands for Internetworking Technology Multimedia. It's essentially a multimedia CD version of Cisco's Internetworking Technology Handbook available here: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/cisintwk/ito_doc/index.htm ITM is really old. I'm not sure you can still get it. Cisco started working on it in like 1994 or 1995 or something.
