WELL>>.... You can set port security by blade (module) to make it easier, but if you want to be able to move from one port to another that's gonna be tough. I don't know of any 3rd party software that manages that but I wouldn't be surprised if it was out there. An option you might want to explore is setting up a MAC-access list. The question really is how tight you want security to be and what sort of trade off you are willing to accept for the convenience. You can even set up the MAC-access list and associate traffic for a VLAN and what to do with that traffic. But you are getting back to a granular management that might make it easier to just set the security by port again. check out this page on Cisco's site.
