Hi, dont know how the tests are being conducted.
But i know that when you do a show interface the bandwidth it will show will be what is stated with the bandwidth command statement. Even if the bandwith stated with this command is inputted wrong when you do a sh int it takes what is given in the bandwidth statement You should always really set the bandwidth with the bandwidth statement correctly.
