There are a few things that you can try on the concentrator, like checking all the settings in the group that the client/user is a member of. But the most likely suspect is the settings on the PC. The network connection settings must have "Client for Microsoft Networks" enabled and I would also recommend NetBIOS over TCP/IP in the advanced settings. If you can ping the devices on the LAN, then you will require NetBIOS to browse properly. This is a simple solution to a possibly complicated scenario, but try it out anyway.
