Unlimited concurrent connections, and unlimited embryonic connections.  You
can't do static port redirection for anything other than TCP or UDP (i.e.,
no GRE).  That's why you need the conduits, or an access-list.

Cisco recommends using access-lists instead of conduits, which are
depreciated.

I'm not sure about the '0 0'.  I think it signifies a limitless number of
connections.
