Which is more important Certification or Career? Nortel and Lucent make good
boxes - especially the Ascend ATM switches that Lucent bought. You have an
opportunity to work on a great network buildout. Do it. Your primary skills
may be with those vendor's equipment.
Now with that skill set learn Cisco and make them interoperate. That would
be an enviable position!! Good luck.
