'Support' as in 'connect to': Yes. There are E3 ATM and HSSI NMs for it.
'Support' as in 'run at line speed': Doubtful. A 3640 will do something
like 60Kps flat out. Which is enough to fill an E3 at average packet
sizes, but you don't have much oomph left.
