you have to get onething clear. opportunities dont come always. it is very rare that companies install high end ATM switches in their backbone.only big comapanies do that. apart form that ..the future is voice and video on demand integrated with data. so..i think this is a good opportunity for u to step in to that technology. event future cisco exams also i think going to be with voice part. well thats my view. i am not a CCNA or any certified engineer. but i have worked with ATM switches of all ranges integrated with voice over ATM. currently we are running a backbone on that. the experience is really worth it!
