Hello dear friends,
I would like to know the meaning of the keyword "receive" that I
can see when I execute a "show ip cef" command:
For example:
show ip cef
Prefix Next Hop Interface
............................
............................
10.64.15.224/32 receive
What means that the "next-hop" is "receive".
More details:
ROUTER#sh ip route 10.64.15.224
Routing entry for 10.64.15.224/28
Known via "connected", distance 0, metric 0 (connected, via interface)
Redistributing via ospf 10
Advertised by ospf 10 subnets
Routing Descriptor Blocks:
* directly connected, via FastEthernet4/1/0.30
Route metric is 0, traffic share count is 1
Any comments?? Bye and Thx
