So, what your telling I can put a pc on another ethernet network besides
where the proxy-server lives and it should work just fine? the only time I
can not ping the proxy-server is when I am dialed to the Internet any other
times I can ping the proxy-server? when I am dialed to the Internet, any pc
on the same ethernet segment can reach the proxy-server, but any others off
this segment can not?
