check out the proceedings from this year's networkers -
 
there are multiple sessions covering IP telephony and likely enough material to help you pass although can't say for sure.

Has anyone tried the Cisco IP Telephony exam ? I work for a gold partner who want to qualify for this so need to pass it and was wondering what you all studied ? No official course material available although I know that Geotrain is starting a course this month.
