I am tossing around the idea of using one of the test prep books available 
these days, but the only one that gets decent reviews is the Exam Cram one 
by Thomas.  I suspect this is probably a pretty good book for a refresh of 
the huge variety of topics that the exam covers though.  However, in no way 
is this a book that will teach you things you do not already know.

Having completed the CCNP you should already have covered 95% of the 
material you will see on the exam.  It is the 5% that I for one, hope a 
study guide will point out so I can delve further into it on CCO, and not 
get surprised on the written.
