Wow! I am stunned at your reponses. Perhaps if I
request your advice in the context of a non-military
organisation you may be a little more understanding.

Re-phrased question:

I am seeking PUBLIC web-sites with information on how
cisco networking products are used by orgainsations
such as Budwieser or Visa in a security sense. I
realise I will not gain access to an individual
organisations internal security processes or
procedures and I must clearly state that this is in no
way or form my intention.

The main issue is how much trust does an organisation
put into their private networks. These networks often
span continents and the only method of achieving
connectivity is by utelising pipes from public service
providers. If the CEO of BUD in Atlanta wants to send
his CFO in London a sensitive message, is this
message sent over an unencrypted network and security
left to upper layers or would an organsation such as
this mandate IPSEC\SHA\3DES as a minimum level of
network layer encryption?

There are many other much stronger methods of packet
encryption available which leads to my next two
questions. Do organisations such as mattel find a
need to utelise hardware based encryption products
such as the kg series equipment for network layer
encryption? If so how do they integrate this
equipment with cisco products to prevent the secret
Barbie construction blueprints?

If your find this re-phrased message still
objectionable then please don't waste pauls B\W. Just
ignore and I will take that as a NO!

Regards
